I run a home-based micro bakery that specializes in sourdough. I have a cottage food class A license from the County of Marin and am fully insured. My motto is “Quality ingredients, mindfully crafted,” and, of course, approved by my hubby. These bakes are recipes that my family has loved for years. While 90% of my items incorporate sourdough, some beloved non-sourdough items will be on rotation seasonally.
